A military aircraft belonging to the Nigerian Air Force, NAF, Tuesday, crashed in Kaduna State with unspecified number of people on board.
The incident occurred when a Super Mushak aircraft which is a trainer aircraft crashed inside the Nigerian Air Force facility while on a training mission.
It is feared that all aboard the aircraft may have died.
This is coming barely one year after a military aircraft conveying the former Chief of Army Staff, Ibrahim Attahiru, and 10 others crashed also in Kaduna killing all the officers onboard.
The cause of the crash is yet to be established as at the time of filing this report.
Ikengaonline checks revealed that between August 29, 2015, and 2021, Nigeria had recorded 11 military plane crashes which claimed the lives of not less than 33 military officers.
