Aloy Ejimakor, special counsel to  Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has said that the alleged abduction of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from Kenya to Nigeria is not different from the failed abduction of Second Republic Minister of Transport, Alhaji Umaru Dikko, from Britain.

He said the only difference is that one failed while the other succeeded.

Ejimakor said this while speaking to Ikengaonline Correspondent ahead of delivery of judgment in a case he instituted at the Federal High Court in Umuahia challenging the legality of the extraordinary rendition of his client, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, from Kenya to Nigeria by the Federal Government.

He expressed his optimism that the court will be courageous  to give justice in the matter by agreeing with their position.
