Ex-Arsenal legend, and Super Eagles former striker, Kanu Nwankwo has pledged to support the administration of Gov. Alex Otti of Abia State.
The soccer legend made the promise when he visited Otti at his Isiala Ngwa South country home on Sunday where he presented the Abia Governor with a gift of customised football Jersey and giant-sized card bearing a goodwill message.
The presence of the Super Eagles former striker naturally attracted the attention of residents and visitors within the expansive home of the first citizen of Abia.
Nwankwo hails from Arochukwu in Abia State.
Otti has, since his emergence as Governor, been playing host to a retinue of accomplished Abians and eminent Nigerians coming to pledge their support for him.
