The Presidential Election Petition Court (PEPC), Friday, admitted into evidence the notarised documents of the judgment showing criminal forfeiture of $460,000 by the All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate, Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
PEPC also admitted documents showing Tinubu’s dual citizenship with Guinea tendered in evidence by lawyers to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar.
Atiku, by tendering the documents in evidence, seeks to disqualify Tinubu as a presidential candidate ab initio.
The former Vice President, as well as the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi, have both maintained that the February 25 presidential poll results were doctored by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in favour of Tinubu.
