The Supreme Court on Thursday dismissed the application of Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP; the party’s application to file new evidence in respect of the forgery allegations against Bola Amed Tinubu and his party, the All Progressives Congress, APC.
So far, the apex court has resolved five of the issues in contention, including that of 25% votes requirement in the FCT, in favour of Tinubu, the respondent.
