Members of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APC) Anambra Consultative Council have been inaugurated ahead of the 2025 governorship election in the State.
The inauguration took place at the Nicon Luxury Hotel Abuja, attracting distinguished gatherings of national and state party leaders, as well as key party stakeholders.
The council’s inauguration was led by the national chairman of the party, Dr. Umar Abdullahi Ganduje, and members of the National Executive Committee (NEC).
The council was tasked with the vital mission of consolidating and advancing the party’s presence in Anambra State. They were also charged to deliver a strong and united party structure that will lead to success in the forthcoming elections.
A member of the council, Hon. Onyedika Chukwuma, who is also the Media director of APC Anambra State, expressed gratitude for the honour bestowed upon him by the APC leadership and pledged to work diligently to unite and strengthen the party in preparation for the upcoming gubernatorial election in 2025.
Key leaders and stakeholders at the inaugural meeting include: Dr. Umar Abdullahi Ganduje, APC National Chairman, and NEC Members – Dr. Ijeomah Arodiogbu, APC National Vice Chairman South East – Lady Barr Uju Kennedy Ohanenye, Minister For Women Affairs – Nze Hon Chidi Duru, Deputy National Organising Secretary, APC.
Others were Chief Basil Ejidike, Chairman of APC Anambra State; Senator Patrick Ifeanyi Ubah, Senator Representing Anambra South; Hon Barr Silvester Okonkwo, Chief Of Staff To The Senate President; Dr. Nkem Okeke, Immediate Past Deputy Governor Of Anambra State; and many other notable figures within the party.
