Five people were feared dead in a road crash on Oriagu Ehime Mbano, ihitte/Uboma,Umuahia road.
The accident involved a Toyota Hiace bus and a tricycle popularly called Keke.
As at the time of filing this report some of the victims of the accident had been rushed to the hospital, while the corpses of those who lost their lives had been deposited at the morgue.
One of the passengers of the bus who spoke to our Correspondent said the tricycle driver left his lane and rammed his Keke into the bus coming from the opposite direction.
Some commuters in an interview, called on the FRSC to intensify safety patrol during the festive season to reduce accidents and ensure prompt evacuation and rescue operation for accident victims.
