Minister of Federal Capital Territory, FCT, Mr Nyesom Wike, has boasted that he had not seen anybody with the balls to sack him from the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.
Wike who made the boast Monday, at a media parley in Abuja, said he had not seen any person who had invested so much in the party as he had done.
The FCT Minister was reacting to calls for his expulsion from the PDP on the allegations of anti-party, and his roles in the crisis rocking the former ruling party.
He said: “I am still in the PDP. I worked hard for the party.
“I have not seen anybody who will have the guts to tell me, ‘Wike, you are not a member of the party.’ Who is that? What is his contribution to the party that is more than me?”
The former governor of Rivers State made it clear that his loyalty to the PDP remains, and he won’t be pushed out easily.
Some elders of the party have severally called for Wike’s sack from the PDP, accusing him of masterminding the crisis in the party, and for acting as a mole for the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
