After hours the United States of American B-2 bombers flew towards the Middle East, US President Donald Trump confirmed that the US conducted airstrikes on nuclear facilities in Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan, in his Truth Social post on Saturday night.
Trump, in the post said the US conducted airstrikes on three Iranian nuclear sites, namely Fordow, Natanz, and Isfahan.
He wrote: “All planes are now outside of Iran’s airspace. A full payload of BOMBS was dropped on the primary site, Fordow. All planes are safely on their way home.”
The strike is expected to bring a dramatic twist in the on-going war between Israel and Iran which began nine days ago.
“We have completed our very successful attack on the three Nuclear sites in Iran, including Fordow, Natanz, and Esfahan. Congratulations to our great American Warriors. There is not another military in the World that could have done this,” he added.
US Air Force B-2 stealth bombers were involved in the strikes, a US official told Reuters, speaking on condition of anonymity.

In a tense phone call, US Vice President, JD Vance, suggested that Israel was going to drag the US into war, as Israelis reportedly stated they would not wait for a deal to act.
Trump then retweeted a social media post by an open-source intelligence analyst claiming that “Fordow is gone.”
Trump also added that he will give a public address at the White House “regarding our very successful military operation in Iran” at 10 p.m. adding that “This is a historic moment for the United States, Israel and the world.”
“Iran must now agree to end this war,” Trump’s post on Truth Social concluded.
Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps denied the strikes occurred, stating that “no evidence has been released so far to confirm Trump’s claim,” adding “it is possible that his statement is merely a media show.”
American B-2 stealth bombers took off from Whiteman Air Force Base in Missouri toward a strategic base in Guam in the western Pacific, two US officials confirmed to Reuters on earlier on Saturday. They did not say how many B-2 bombers were being moved.
The GBU-57A/B is a 30,000-pound, precision-guided, bunker-busting bomb designed specifically to destroy hardened and deeply buried targets.
It is believed that these bombs are required to fully destroy Iran’s nuclear facilities deep underground, particularly in Fordow.
