Imo State Commissioner of Police, Aboki Danjuma, has issued a stern warning to his men to desist from involving themselves in land related disputes.
The CP who gave the warning in a statement through the State police spokesperson, Henry Okoye, said adequte punishment awaits any defaulter.
Danjuma also extended same warning to petitioners who may want to mislead the police.
“In line with the IGP’s directive, the Commissioner of Police Imo State Command, CP Aboki Danjuma has issued a stern warning to all personnel to steer clear of land-related civil disputes. Any officer found culpable will face firm disciplinary measures.
“Petitioners attempting to mislead the Police will also be investigated and prosecuted.”
