The Supreme Court will tomorrow, Thursday, deliver judgment in the appeals of Atiku Abubakar and his party, the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP; and that of Peter Obi and the Labour Party, in respect to the judgment of the Appeal Court declaring President Bola Tinubu as winner of the presidential election conducted by INEC on February 25.
This will bring to conclusion the litigation over the authentic winner of the February 25 presidential election in the country.
