Member representing Ebonyi/Ohaukwu federal constituency in the House of Representatives, Hon. Eze Nwachukwu Eze, has distributed Relief Materials to communal clash victims in Ngbo, Ohaukwu Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, South-East Nigeria.
The distribution lasted for three days from Saturday through Monday, November 6th, 2023.
The communities were affected by the protracted Ngbo/Agila war.
The decades long crisis has claimed many lives with many injured and rendered homeless.
Nwachukwu, Chairman House Committee on Banking Institutions, during the distribution said he was working with his Benue counterpart at the green chamber to bring lasting peace to the communal war area.
His said: “Three days, three communities, and one resounding success! We initiated the Relief Materials distribution journey in Umuogudu Akpu, continued to Ekwashi Community, and concluded with a grand finale at Ukwagba.”
“As your representative, I’m fully committed to securing a lasting peace for Ngbo and Agila and envision a brighter, prosperous Ebonyi and Ohaukwu federal constituency.
“Your welfare is my priority. Together, we can achieve these goals, one step at a time! Thank you for your trust and support.
