The chairman Junior Whizkid Committee Dr. Dadson Nwakalor, said the association has been organising quiz competitions for years but not this kind.

“Today competition is digital and it is the first of it’s kind organised by NCS South-East and by next year it will be organised in all the states of the federation.

“I know that other states will emulate Enugu State after this programme as the state has been the leader in everything and will continue to be,” he said.

Mrs Nneka Agu, the secretary to NCS South-East Junior Whizkid Competition, welcome all the participants and wished them all the best.

Agu who spoke on behalf of the sponsors said, “on behalf Sen. Osita Ngwu who represents Enugu West Senatorial Zone in the senate, I welcome you all and wish you the best.

In his appreciation, the winner Onoh thanked the organisers and said that he is filled with joy for winning the competition.

Meanwhile, Sen. Ngwu earlier before the programme, presented three Kids Education tablets to NCS at his Constituency office in Nnobi street Independence layout, Enugu.

The presentation was made by his Chief of Staff, Mr Emeka Aneke, who noted that the Senator was unavoidable absence due to senatorial engagement in Abuja.
