The State Commander of the agency, Mr Bassey Anietie disclosed this on Friday in Enugu while briefing newsmen on the sidelines of the International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking. Anietie said that the command successfully prosecuted 20 suspects comprising 16 males and four females and secured seven convictions within the time under review. The bank’s president said that the highway would link 85 per cent of the trade volume in ECOWAS through the corridor. The African Development Bank (AfDB) says the $430 million highway project linking Enugu to Bamenda in Cameroon will be completed this year.
