A former Speaker, Enugu State House of Assembly , Chief Eugene Odo has donated ultramodern toilet facilities to Amauwani Primary School, Nkporogwu Ukehe, Igboetiti Local Government Area of the state. Odo also donated educational materials to the school, including 120 desks, 260 school uniforms, set of school band, 130 school sandals and socks and 1000 exercise books. The National Orientation Agency (NOA) has called for closer collaborations between religious leaders and government institutions to ensure peaceful coexistence in Nigeria. The Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) says its men will work hard to reduce highway crashes during the Yuletide. The FRSC, Enugu Sector Command, Corps Commander Joseph Udoabba disclosed this during a town-hall meeting with stakeholders in University of Nigeria Teaching Hospital (UNTH), Enugu.
