Ben Ezechime, Enugu The Commissioner for Youths and Sports Development in Enugu State, Barrister Lloyd Ekweremadu, has assured that the Ministry would partner newly inaugurated Enugu State Chess Association Board, to nurture, groom and develop young chess players in the state.
