Ike Nnachi, Abakaliki The Abakaliki Division of the Federal High Court has barred the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), from recognising the Steve Oruruo-led Ebonyi State Chapter Caretaker Committee of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). Also barred from recognising the caretaker committee is the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) itself. Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia Fury and wide condemnation have trailed Sunday’s attack on a police patrol team in Aba, the commercial nerve centre of Abia State, resulting to the killing of a police personnel and two civilians by unidentified gunmen.
