Ben Ezechime, Enugu The Police Command in Enugu State has arrested and arraigned a popular ‘Oriokpa’ Masquerader, identified as Ebube Ugwuoke, who is notorious for assaulting women, in Nsukka Local Government Area. Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia Police said they have launched investigations into the death of a Nigerian female crane operator allegedly pushed down from the crane by a Chinese staff. Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia Police in Onitsha, Anambra State, have rescued one of the three stolen Abia school kids of same parents. The rescued victim, Divine Osinachi, was kidnapped along with his siblings the week before while returning from school. Their mother, Mrs Gloria Osinachi, who confirmed the rescue to our Correspondent, said he was rescued on Tuesday. Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia Abia State University Teaching Hospital, ABSUTH, Aba, has resumed internship programme after about six years of near comatose due to frequent strike actions. Chief Medical Director of the hospital, Professor Ijeoma Nduka, who disclosed this in a statement in Umuahia, said the teaching hospital had received approval to engage doctors in training for their one year compulsory internship otherwise known as housemanship.
