Our Reporter, New York  Nnobi people in North America have raised $40,000 at their 2025 convention held in Maryland over the penultimate weekend.  The sold-out event featured young children and adults dancing, a masquerade performance, and other cultural displays. There were also business meetings and a dinner banquet. Ben Ezechime, Enugu  The Nigeria Police Enugu State Command says it has arrested a male suspect, Emmanuel Gambo, a 22-year-old second-year student of Material and Metallurgical Engineering in the University of Nigeria, Nsukka (UNN), in connection with the murder of Deborah Sam-Praise Ememem, a 22-year-old lady found dead in a hotel room in Nsukka, Enugu State.
