Lawrence Nwimo, Awka Men of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defense Corps (NSCDC), Anambra State Command, have raided an illegal sand mining site at Omambala River in Ifite-Ogwari Local Government Area of the State. Commandant, Maku Olatunde, disclosed this at the Command’s Headquarters, Awka on Monday. Ikengaonline reported that the victim, Ifeoma Onyekwelu, was kidnapped on 13 December, 2024, in Onitsha area of the state.
