Our Reporter, Abuja The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has finally given reasons for the arrest and detention of social media influencer, Martins Otse, popularly known as VeryDarkMan (VDM). In a statement on Tuesday via its X handle, the EFCC said it his holding VeryDarkMan in the exercise of its mandate of tackling economic and financial crimes. Ben Ezechime, Enugu A Non-Governmental Organization (NGO), Custos Care Foundation, at the weekend offered free medical care outreach in Awgu Local Government Area of Enugu State. The comprehensive medical outreach saw no fewer than 700 community members receiving medical assistance. The foundation established by Mrs Nkechinyere Mbah, wife of Governor Peter Mbah, said that the outreach was aimed at taking vital health services directly to the grassroots and to where they are mostly needed. Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, JAMB, has released the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination, UTME, results. Statistics of the results showed that out of 1,955,069 candidates who sat for the 2025 examination, over 1.5 million of them scored less than 200 over 400. Further analysis showed that only 420,415 candidates scored above 200.
