Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia Governor Alex Otti of Abia State has disclosed that his administration has set aside N10 billion for the construction and equipment of 200 Primary Health Centres, PHCs, in the 184 political wards across the state. Ike Nnachi, Abakaliki  Armed men suspected to be herdsmen on Sunday morning attacked Amegu Nkalagha community in Ishielu Local Government Area, Ebonyi State, killing many residents and burning down houses. Ben Ezechime, Enugu  Mr Sunday Echeji, from Ibafwa Ani, Nsukka Local Government Area of Enugu State, who cut off his wife’s hand during an argument has been arraigned before the Chief Magistrate Court 1 in Enugu for attempted murder.
