Ugo Nosiri, Owerri Four persons have been confirmed dead as gunmen opened fire at Ohii junction along Owerri–Orlu Road in Imo State. A video clip circulating online showed the lifeless bodies of the four persons, two policemen and two civilians. Ben Ezechime, Enugu A don, Prof. Christian Madu, has advocated for strict chemical security and management in Nigeria and Africa to check the rising incidents of insurgency on the continent.
