Lawrence Nwimo, Awka Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra State has reinstated the suspended traditional ruler of the Neni kingdom and has forgiven two other monarchs after their unauthorised conferment of chieftaincy titles on some affluent personalities in the state.
