Ugo Nosiri, Owerri The Niger Delta Development Commission, NDDC, has inaugurated the reconstructed 8.7 kilometres Aba-Owerri-Nkworji road, located in Nkwere LGA of Imo State. The Chairman  of the Governing Board NDDC, Mr Chiedu Ebie, during the inauguration, reiterated the commission’s commitment to providing infrastructural development to the Niger Delta region. Mr Ebie thanked the Imo State Government for being supportive to the leadership of the commission and promised to continue contributing to the development of the state. Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia All is yet to be heard about the sexual harassment allegation by Senator Natasha Akpoti-Uduaghan against the Senate President, Senator Godswill Akpabio, as the Senate Thursday, slammed six months suspension on her. Her suspension was recommended by the Senate Committee on Ethics, Privileges, and Public Petitions. According to the Committee, the salary and security details of the Kogi Central Senator will be withdrawn during the period of the suspension. Lawrence Nwimo, Awka National Agency for Food Drug Administration and Control (NAFDAC) has finally announced the reopening of the Onitsha Drug Market, and other adjoining markets, after close to one month of closure.
