Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia No fewer than four suspected members of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, were Sunday, killed by troops in a forest at Umuaku Isuochi, Umunneochi Local Government Area of Abia State, according the Nigeria Army.
