Ben Ezechime, Enugu The government of Enugu State says it has not introduced levies for the use of renewable energy sources such as solar in the state as alleged in some sections of the media. It said that on the contrary, the government’s legislative and policy directions favoured all renewable and green energy sources as they are environmentally friendly. Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia Africa’s richest man, Aliko Dangote, has announced that Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), otherwise known as petrol, from his 650,000-barrel-per-day refinery in Lagos, will be hitting the market in 48 hours.
