Ugo Nosiri, Owerri It was a black Saturday in Owerri, the Imo State capital, when a tipper rammed into three mini buses at Imo State University IMSU junction killing more than 20 persons. Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia Abia State Governor, Dr Alex Otti has condoled with the Nigeria Army over the killing of a soldier in Aba. The Governor who condemned the incident urged members of the public to assist in the efforts to fish out those behind the heinous crime.
