Prof. Chidiebere Onyia, Secretary to the State Government (SSG), stated this during the inauguration of the taskforce at the Government House, Enugu. Lawrence Nwimo, Awka The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) has slammed former chairman of the National Human Rights Commission, Professor Chidi Odinkalu, for comments he made on the arrest of crossdresser, Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky.
