Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia Leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has said there is a conspiracy to keep him in the custody of the Department of State Services, DSS, until he dies. Ben Ezechime, Enugu The Enugu State Government has established Enugu State Donor Coordination Committee to ensure streamlining of donor agencies and Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs) activities conform with state developmental priorities and plans. The Secretary to the State Government, Prof. Chidiebere Onyia, chaired the inaugural meeting in Enugu, which involved seasoned developmental partners, donor agency partners and NGOs such as the South Saharan Social Development Organisation (SSDO) and others.
