Lawrence Nwimo, Awka Voters in the rerun elections for Orumba North/South Federal Constituency and Nnewi North/South/Ekwusigo Federal Constituency, Anambra State, have called for the extension of voting time in the ongoing election in the state. According to the voters, INEC should extend the voting time to 4pm because of the late arrival of voting materials. Ike Nnachi, Abakaliki Security agents from Nigerian Army on Saturday arrested two persons in Afikpo Local Government Area on the day of Ebonyi South Senatorial bye-election. One of the arrested persons, a youth Leader in the area, Obila Ojo, was picked up at night in his residence. Ike Nnachi, Abakaliki A policeman was killed on Thursday in Ebonyi State when gunmen attacked and engaged a police patrol team in a gun duel. The incident happened around the crisis prone Ngbo-Effium axis in Ohaukwu Local Government Area.
