Ike Nnachi, Abakaliki The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) was unable to declare the result of the governorship election for Ebonyi State on Sunday. It shifted the collation to 10 am Monday. Resident Electoral Commissioner, Pauline Onyeka announced this at around 6:30pm. Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia The ruling Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, has won the March 18 governorship election in Ukwa East Local Government Area according to the result declared by Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
