Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has made a shocking revelation of how a whopping N4.6 billion fund from the Office of the National Security Adviser, ONSA, was shared among some Northern politicians under the guise of organising prayers against insecurity. The index is published exclusively in Nigeria by the Civil Society Legislative Advocacy Centre (CISLAC), the National Chapter of TI. According to the latest index, Nigeria scored 25 out of 100 points in the 2023 CPI, compared to 24 points in the 2022 CPI.
