Ike Nnachi, Abakaliki The Abakaliki Division of the Federal High Court, on Tuesday ordered the disbandment of the South East Security outfit code-named Ebubeagu in Ebonyi State. The disbandment, it was gathered, was consequent upon several alleged human rights abuses, extortions, illegal arrests, harassment of the citizens of the State and illegal use of firearms by the security outfit.
