The centre which is located at Umuchigbo, Iji Nike, in Abapka Nike community, Enugu East Local Government Area, is fully funded by the TY Danjuma Foundation (TYDF). Lawrence Nwimo, Awka The family of Inspector Lucky Okey, Governor Chukwuma Soludo’s orderly who fell from the governor’s convoy, has debunked allegation the governor abandoned their son to die miserably. Before his death, Mr. Okey was a police officer who served as part of the governor’s security convoy until he was involved in an accident in August this year. Ben Ezechime, Enugu Scores of persons were feared missing while several houses with property worth millions of naira were lost in a communal clash which occurred in Ikolo community in Igbo-Etiti Local Government Area of Enugu State on Monday. A source from the community said that youths from neighbouring Aku community invaded the community at about 2 am with dangerous weapons including guns, machetes and petrol bombs and set many buildings ablaze while the people were asleep. Ekweremadu made this disclosure at the grand finale of the Sports Writer’s Assocation of Nigeria (SWAN), Enugu chapter Week at the Nigeria Union of Journalist (NUJ) press center Enugu.
