Ben Ezechime, Enugu FBS Forex Broker and Helpers Social Development Foundation (HSDF) have donated over 200 books on various subjects to school children in Community Primary School, Imezi-Olo in Ezeagu Local Government Area of Enugu State. The books covered subjects such as English, Mathematics and basic/primary Sciences; while school uniforms, bags and stationery items for use throughout the school year were also donated to the pupils. Five classrooms in the school were also equipped with whiteboards by the organisations to foster a finer learning environment in the school. Ben Ezechime, Enugu Enugu Global Ladies (EGL), A Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO), has donated food, water and toiletries to students of Enugu Rehab Centre. The group, in its maiden visit to the centre on Tuesday in Enugu, provided the centre with a tanker load of water, sachet bags of water, food, bread and tissues. Ben Ezechime, Enugu No fewer than 100 Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC) paramedics and patrol operatives in South-East and South-South have been trained on life-saving rescue to reduce fatality on the roads in the country. Ike Nnachi, Abakaliki A 29-year-old man, Chikodili Igboji, has been remanded in Prison by an Abakaliki Magistrate court for allegedly raping a 50-year-old widow, Mrs. Chinyere Igwe. The Presiding Chief Magistrate, Chinedu Agama-Agama, while turning down the defendant’s request for bail on Wednesday, issued an order for his remand.
