Ben Ezechime, Enugu The Enugu Capital Territory Development Authority (ECTDA)  has commenced inspection and development control on all waterways  and illegal structures in Enugu, the state capital. Ike Nnachi, Abakaliki Two policemen were killed on Friday in Abakaliki, capital of Ebonyi state as unidentified gunmen attacked a police patrol team.
