Statistics from the electoral umpire indicates that youths constitute 48 million out of the entire 93.5 million eligible voters for the 2023 polls. Fabian Ugwuoke, former Chief Security Officer (CSO) to Mr Vitus Okechi, Chairman of Igboeze South Local Government Area of Enugu State, have been found.
