A Non-Governmental Agency, NGO, that advocates the right and inclusivity of the PWDs, TAF AFRICA, made the call while speaking with journalists in Owerri ahead of the off-cycle governorship election. The electoral umpire in a statement, dismissed the report as false and mischievous.
