Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia All 17 Local Government Area Chairmen in Abia State, their Deputies and Councillors have been dissolved. Gov. Okezie Ikpeazu, who approved the dissolution directed the former Council bosses to immediately hand over to the Head of Service in their respective LGAs.
