Nonsochukwu Uwa, Owerri The Imo State Police Command has said hoodlums suspected to be armed group of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB, on Sunday attacked with explosives the office of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, in Oru West Local Government Area of the state.
