Ben Ezechime, Enugu The Umu-Igbo Unite Care, a Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO), has built a 10-room toilet facilities and overhead water tanks for Trans-Ekulu Girls Secondary School, Enugu, to end open defecation in the school.
