Ike Nnachi, Abakaliki The Governor of Ebonyi State, David Umahi, has directed that all civil servants in the State be paid their November and December salaries together before December 10, 2022. The Governor also directed that all Civil Servants should be paid a bonus salary of N15,000 each, in addition to their two months salary paid together. Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia Truck drivers in Abia, Friday blocked the Uratta Junction of the Enugu-Port Harcourt Expressway in Aba, to protest incessant extortion by security agencies and excessive levies by Government task-force. The drivers were also protesting bad roads which they said had adversely affected their operations.
