Lawrence Nwimo, Awka Anambra State Government has suspended the Principal of Community Secondary School, Awkuzu, Mrs. Florence Edokwe, for her involvement in the collection illegal fees in her school. A statement signed by the Public Relations Officer of Post Primary Schools Service Commission, PPSSC Awka, Mrs. Ann Okafor, said the action was against the free education policy of Anambra State Governor, Professor Chukwuma Soludo. Ben Ezechime, Enugu Farmers in some Communities in Enugu State, South-East Nigeria, have cried out over the destruction of crops and forceful occupation of their farmlands by marauding herdsmen and their cattle.
