Lawrence Nwimo, Awka Anambra State Government has said that it would be embarking on post-flood rehabilitation exercise to cushion the effect of flooding on people displaced by floods in the state. Ike Nnachi, Abakaliki The Police in Ebonyi State have arrested one Nnamdi Ngwuta Obaji, a suspected commander of the Indigenous People of Biafra/ Eastern Security Network (IPOB/ESN).
