The court said that the issue of disqualification was a pre-election matter adding that the only person so qualified to institute an action of that nature was a person who participated in the primary election process. Lawrence Nwimo, Awka Global technology company, Google, has appointed Anambra State-born Alex Okosi as its African region’s Managing Director, Ikengaonline reports. Meir Brand, Vice President of EMEA Emerging Markets at Google, disclosed this recently.
