Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia As Abia State, today (August 27), marks its 31st anniversary, the All Progressives Grand Alliance, APGA, has expressed displeasure over the condition of the state, claiming that “Abia is still a crawling state.” APGA Chairman in the state, Rev. Okezie Ikpeazu for the “noticeable infrastructural and human capital development” recorded under his watch in the past seven years. Ike Nnachi, Abakaliki Mr Silas Ọnụ, a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has appealed the decision of the appeal court sacking him as the Ebonyi State Chairman of the party. The appellate court in its decision also restored Mr Tochukwu Okorie as the substantive Chairman of the party in the state.
