Our Reporter, Abuja The National Industrial Court of Nigeria (NICN) has ordered the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) to go back to work by suspending its seven months old strike. This followed the court’s granting of the injunction of the Federal Government through its counsel, James Igwe SAN. Igwe had applied for an interlocutory injunction to restrain ASUU from continuing with the strike pending the determination of the referral by the Minister of Labour and Employment, Chris Ngige. Agbasimalo was reportedly whisked to an unknown destination by his abductors on Saturday, September 18, 2021.
