Joined in the suit as Respondent is Mr Abubakar Malami, SAN, Attorney General of the Federation and Minister of Justice. Ike Nnachi, Abakaliki A Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN), Mikyau Yakubu, has called for improved remuneration for Judges in the country to avoid their being tempted into engaging in acts of corruption.
