Consequently, the Army has advised farmers and locals in Ohafia, Abia State, to keep off from its range site to avoid being hit by stray bullet. Nonsochukwu Uwa, Owerri The Imo State Governor, Hope Uzodimma, on Thursday dissolved the 27-man Interim Management Committee Chairmen of local governments in the state. Michael Onwuka, Enugu The Nigeria Union of Local Government Employees (NULGE) and its Nigeria Union of Teachers (NUT) counterpart have declared a total shutdown of the local government system and primary school sub-sector in Enugu State, effective July 28, 2022. Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board, Thursday, approved cut-off marks for the 2022/2023 admission into universities and polytechnics in Nigeria. According to a release from JAMB, the cut-off mark for universities is 140 marks while that of polytechnics is pegged at 120 marks.
