Michael Onwuka, Enugu The Miyetti Allah Cattle Breeders Association of Nigeria (MACBAN) has commended Anambra government for its role in the rescue of abducted herders and cows. The South-East Zonal Chairman of MACBAN, Alhaji Gidado Siddiki made the commendation on Friday in an interview with Ikengaonline in Enugu. Recall that 11 herders were reportedly abducted by hoodlums a fortnight ago in their settlement in Obene Community, Ogbaru Local Government Area of the state. Ike Nnachi, Abakaliki Eighteen members of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC), Batch A Stream II in Ebonyi State will repeat the service year. Coordinator of the scheme in Ebonyi State, Mrs. Mercy Bamai, stated this in Abakaliki, the state capital, on Thursday while addressing the corps members of the batch during their passing-out parade at the Pa Oruta Ngele Township Stadium Abakaliki.
