Stephen Ukandu, Umuahia United States Embassy, has acknowledged the receipt of a petition seeking visa ban for Governor Dave Umahi of Ebonyi State, over barbaric killings by Ebubeagu militia group. The petition was written by the Human Rights Writers Association HURIWA.
